Most of our products — blinds, wallpaper, grass carpets, flooring, and panels — are cut, prepared, and installed specifically for your space, so our policy works a little differently from off-the-shelf retail. Here's exactly what to expect.
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided installation or production hasn't started. A cancellation fee of 15% of the total order value applies, to cover measurement visits, materials already procured, and admin costs. The remaining balance is refunded in full. After 24 hours, or once installation/production has started (whichever comes first), the order can no longer be cancelled.
Because items like blinds, wallpaper, and carpets are custom-cut and fitted to your specific space, we're unable to accept returns once a product has been installed. Materials that involve custom branding or printing (such as branded wall murals, printed wallpaper, or custom contact paper designs) are final sale and non-returnable once ordered, as they cannot be resold or reused. This applies regardless of installation status, unless the item is faulty or was installed incorrectly on our part.
If you notice a material defect or installation issue, contact us within 7 days of installation. We currently review these on a case-by-case basis and will repair, replace, or partially refund the affected item depending on the issue — there is no separate formal warranty document at this time.
Approved refunds are sent back to the original M-Pesa number used for payment, typically within 3–5 business days of approval.
