Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Fix My Space collects when you use our website, why we collect it, and how you can contact us about it.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly, such as your name, phone number, email, and location when you fill in a contact or quote request form, or message us via WhatsApp. If you place an order through our website, we also collect the details needed to process that order and payment.

Payments

Payments made through our website are processed by IntaSend, a licensed payment service provider. We do not store your M-Pesa PIN or full card details on our own servers — these are handled directly and securely by IntaSend under their own privacy and security practices.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Ads and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site and to measure the performance of our advertising. These services use cookies and similar technologies that may collect information such as your approximate location, device type, and browsing behaviour on our site. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings.

How we use your information

• To respond to quote requests and enquiries
• To schedule and coordinate installations
• To process orders and payments
• To improve our website and services
• To measure and improve our advertising

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run our business — such as IntaSend for payment processing, Google for analytics/advertising, and WhatsApp/Meta when you choose to message us — and only to the extent needed for them to provide that service.

Data retention

We retain client and order information for as long as reasonably needed to fulfil orders, respond to enquiries, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal or contractual reasons we may need to keep certain records (such as completed order/payment history).
