By using this website or placing an order with Fix My Space, you agree to the terms below. Please also see our Returns & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on our website are per unit as listed and are indicative. A final price is confirmed after measurements are taken on-site or provided accurately by the client, and may vary based on site conditions, access, and material availability.

Orders and confirmation

An order is confirmed once a deposit (where required) has been received and the quote has been accepted. Work or production begins only after an order is confirmed.

Installation

Installation timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather, site access, and availability of materials. We will communicate any expected delays as early as possible.

Payments

Payments are made via M-Pesa through our secure payment partner, IntaSend, or as otherwise agreed. Full terms for cancellations and refunds are set out in our Returns & Cancellation Policy.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, site access, and information needed to complete an order. Fix My Space is not liable for delays or additional costs caused by inaccurate information provided by the client.

Warranty and liability

We stand behind the quality of our materials and workmanship and will address genuine defects reported within 7 days of installation, as set out in our Returns Policy. Beyond this, Fix My Space's liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is owned by or licensed to Fix My Space and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
